Jeremy Bradford, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS


Owner / Coach / Physical Therapist

Jeremy has worked in the fitness industry since 2002. After completing his undergraduate degree, he went on to Physical Therapy school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center finishing in 2008. After graduation, he practiced with a large local orthopedic group for over 13 years. In 2021, Jeremy decided to open CAIRN Strength & Wellness. At CAIRN, he provides a continuum of care including both physical therapy services and strength and conditioning coaching. Using time proven barbell exercises, he focuses on the strength and condition of clients across all age and fitness levels. He holds professional certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), USA Weightlifting and the Mckenzie Institute (Cert. MDT). He also completed the Barbell Logic Coaching Academy in 2019.


 
 

Andrew Chalona, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT


Physical Therapist

Andrew received his bachelor's degree from Millsaps College in 2003 where he also played soccer. He then attended The University of Tennessee Health Science Center where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008.  Upon graduation, he worked for a large local orthopedic group, and then spent 11 years working as a clinic director for several outpatient orthopedic therapy clinics. He currently specializes in outpatient orthopedic care including post-operative, spine, extremity, vestibular / balance, sports, and conditioning rehabilitation. Andrew holds a certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (Cert. MDT) of spine disorders through the Mckenzie Institute. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer, kayaking, and spending time with his son, Tate.

Teresa Thomas, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CF-L1

Coach

  • Practicing as a lead Physical Therapist at Memphis Physical Therapy-Bartlett since 2015

  • Participated in CrossFit competitions 2011-2019

Kennedy Springer, MS, RD, LDN

Nutritionist

Kennedy completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition at Southern Utah University. After beating Hodgkin Lymphoma cancer, she played collegiate volleyball at USU Eastern and then attended the University of Utah where she graduated with her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology. Kennedy became a certified Registered Dietitian in 2020. 

Kennedy has experience practicing nutrition in a variety of settings including TOSH Sport Science Department and three Power Five Universities. She is currently working at the collegiate level as Director of Performance Nutrition where she provides nutrition services to student athletes.

Kennedy is passionate about fueling for health and performance throughout life and believes nutrition should be balanced, sustainable, and individualized.
